All those portions of a 15.00 foot wide strip of land recorded as Filepage 76-315672,
dated July 27, 1978, and a 10.00 foot wide strip of land recorded as File/Page 74
162921, dated June 19, 1974, all being a portion of Lot 'G' of the Rancho Agua Hedionda, according to Map No.823, filed in the Office of the County Recorder, in San
Diego County, State of California, said 15.00 foot strip of land lying contiguous to and
southerly of a certain line also said 10.00 foot strip of land lying contiguous to and northerly of that said certain line described as follows:
Beginning at Engineer's Station 181 +44.56 of Road Survey No. 1534, a plat of which is
on file in the Office of the County Surveyor of San Diego County, said point of beginning
being also the Easterly terminus of that certain line and curve, concave Southeasterly,
in the center line of said Road Survey, and having a radius of 2OOO feet, a central angle
of 2326'49", and a length of 818.45 feet; thence along said certain line and tangent to
said curve South 65'27'00" West (RE. South 65026'57" West), 105.69 feet to the
beginning of a tangent curve, concave Northerly, having a radius of lo00 feet; thence
Westerly along said curve through a central angle of 14°15'20' an arc distance of 248.80
feet; thence continuing along said certain line and tangent to said curve South 79*4220'
West, 264.71 feet to the Point of Termination.
