RESOLUTION NO. 3529
A RESOLUTION OF TBE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING
THE HAYOR TO EXECUTE A QUITCLAIM DEED
INVOLVING A WATER LINE EASEYENT NO LONGER
REQUIRED BY THE CITY
\
'WHEREAS, a water line easement exists in the City of Carlsbad
20 feet in width, described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by
this reference incorporated herein; and 9
WHEREAS, this water line easement is no longer required by
the City;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad as folXows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2, That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a
quitclaim deed in the form shown on Exhibit
and incorporated herein by reference, in favor of Thomas Fi
"A", attached hereto
