> 1; FOR VALUABLE CONSIDERATION of Seven Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($7,500.00), the
undersigned, CARLSBAD AIRPORT CENTRE, OWNERS ASSOCIATION, a California non profit mutual benefit
corporation, hereby remises, releases and quitclaims to CARLSBAD AIRPORT CENTRE, a California Limited
Partnership, all of the undersigned's interest in and to that certain real property situated in the City of Carlsbad,
County of San Diego, State of California, as follows:
An easement for common area over any portion of the "Remainder Parcel" and
Lots 61, 74 and 76, inclusive, of Carlsbad Tract No. 81-46, Unit No. 3, in the
City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, according to Map
thereof No. 11289, as more fully described in the Declaration of Covenants,
Conditions and Restrictions for Carlsbad Airport Centre, San Diego County,
California recorded September 12, 1986 as File No. 86-401456.
This Quitclaim Deed is given to release any interest of the undersigned in the foregoing real property
which interest may exist pursuant to that certain Easement Grant Deed dated October 30, 1986 and recorded on
October 31, 1986 in the Official Records of San Diego County as Instrument No. 86-497819.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Quitclaim Deed effective as of Apri 1 2
