Map thereof No. 10986, recorded in the Office of the County
Recorder of San Diego County July 3, 1984, being in the City
of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, lying
10.00 feet on each side and parallel with the following de-
scribed centbr line:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Lot 3 at the West-
erly end of the course labeled North 76"01'37" West, 69.24
feet: thence along the Southwesterly line of said Lot 3 and
said course, South 76"01'37" East, 69.24 feet to the beginning
of a 95.00 foot radius non-tangent curve concave Northeast-
erly, a radial line to said point bears South 47"42'43" West;
thence Southeasterly along the arc of said curve through
a central angle of 29"17'49" a distance of 48.58 feet to
a point of reserve curvature with a 105.00 foot radius curve
