NOTICE OF AWARD OF CONTRACT IN PROPOSED ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
Pursuant to the requirements of Section 5248 of the Streets and
Highways Code, notice is given that a contract has been awarded by the
City Council of the City of Carlsbad to Don Hubbard Construction Co.
for street improvements in assessment district 2-1969 (Highland Avenue)
and relating to the following described real property.
The real property described in the map recorded on May 1,1972
document no. 108451.
This shall constitute notice to all persons that all property
within the boundaries of the proposed assessment district shall be
assessed at the time of the confirmation of the assessment under
Chapter XVI (commencing at Section 5360) of Part 3 of this Division
to pay the costs of the improvement in proportion to the benefits
which said property receive from the improvement, not withstanding
the acquisition of any such property by the State or any of its
agencies, or by any County,City, Municipality or other public or
municipal corporation.
A reference is made to the minutes of the action taken by the
City Council of the City of Carlsbad on file in my office for full
particulars.
