$2.00Pursuant to the requirements of Section 3114 of the
Streets and Highways Code, the undersigned Superintendent
of Streets of the City of Carlsbad, State of California,
hereby gives notice that a diagram and assessment were
filed and recorded in the Office of the Superintendent of
Streets of said City as provided for in said Section, and
relating to the following described real property:
That certain real property located in
the City of Carlsbad, County of San
Diego, State of California, as described
on that certain map entitled Amended Map
Assessment District 1-1964, filed in the
Office of the County Recorder of San
Diego County on April 18, 1966, as Docu-
ment Number 64786, in Series 7, Book 1966,
of the Official Records of the County of
San Diego, State of California.
Notice is further given that upon the recording of
this Notice in the Office of the County Recorder, the
several assessments assessed as shown in said filed and
recorded diagram and assessment shall become a lien upon
the lots or portions of lots assessed respectively.
Reference is made to the diagram and assessment on file
in the Office of the Superintendent of Streets of said City.
