NOTICE OF AMENDED REASSESSMENT

CITY OF CARLSBAD REASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 2012-1
AMENDING REASSESSMENT NO. 1107
Pursuant to the requirements of Section 3114 of the Streets and Highways Code of California, the
undersigned City Clerk, of the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, HEREBY GIVES
NOTICE that an Amended Reassessment Diagram and Reassessment Roll were filed in the office of the
Superintendent of Streets of the City of Carlsbad, as provided for in said Section 3114, and relating to the
real property more particularly described on the Amended Reassessment Diagram filed in accprdance
with said Section 3114 on the 7 day of "Tmutry , 20 N in Book H
Page(s) ?t) , Document No. ';jl4' dO)^lil of Book of Maps of Assessment and
Community Facilities Districts in the office of the County Recorder of the County of San Diego.
Said Amended Reassessment Diagram amends the City of Carlsbad Reassessment District No.
2012- 1 Reassessment Diagram, City of Carlsbad, County San Diego, State of California filed on the 28*^
day of January, 2013 in the office of said County Recorder in Book 43, at Page(s) 97, Document No.
2013- 0057606 of Book of Maps of Assessment and Community Facilities Districts.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that upon the recording of this Notice in the office of said County
Recorder, the several Reassessments assessed on the lots, pieces and parcels as shown on said filed
Amended Reassessment Diagram shall become a lien upon the lots or portions of lots assessed,
respectively.
Reference is made to the Amended Reassessment Diagram and Reassessment Roll filed in the
office of the Superintendent of Streets of the City of Carlsbad for the amount of each of the Amended
Reassessments.
Exhibit "A" hereto attached, and by this reference incorporated herein, shows the parcels subject
to the Amended Reassessments.
