Pursuant to the requirements of Section 3114 of the Streets
and Highways Code, the undersigned, Superintendent of Streets
of the City of Carlsbad, State of California, hereby gives
notice that a diagram and assessment were filed in the Office
of the City Clerk of said City as provided for in said Section,
and relating to the following described property:
All those real properties as shown on
Assessment District 2-1964 plat map,
Project 4-1, Drawing No. 141-5. Said
plat map showing the extent of terri-
tory benefited by and to be assessed
to pay the cost and expenses of im-
provements in a portion of the City
of Carlsbad, California.
Notice is further given that upon the recording of this notice
in the Office of the County Recorder, the several assessments
assessed as shown in said filed diagram and assessment shall
become a lien upon the lots or portions of lots assessed, res-
pectively.
Reference is made to the diagram and assessment on file in the
Office of the City Clerk of the said City.
