NOTICE OF ASSESSMENT
< 3_i965 (Acacia Avenue)
Pursuant to the requirements of Section 3114 of the
Streets and Highways Code, the undersigned Superintendent
of Streets of the City of Carlsbad, State of California,
hereby gives notice that a diagram and assessment were
filed and recorded in the Office of the Superintendent of
Street of said City as provided for in said Section, and
relating to the following described real property:
That certain real property located in the City
of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of Cal-
ifornia, as described on that certain map ent-
itled, Diagram of Assessment District No. 3-1965,
filed in the Office of the County Recorder of
San Diego County on October 3, 1966, as Docu-
ment No. 159751, of the Official Records of
the County of San Diego, State of California.
Notice is further given that upon the recording of
this Notice in the Office of the County Recorder, the sev-
eral assessments assessed as shown in said filed and re-
corded diagram and assessment shall become a lien upon
the lots or portions of lots assessed respectively.
Reference is hereby made to the diagram and assess-
ment on file in the Office of the Superintendent of
Streets of said City.
