Pursuant to the provisions of Section 8687 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State r -8'
of California, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that certain assessments and liens have been paid
in full and discharged relating to proceedings in a speciai assessment district known and
designated as JAMES DRlVE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 83-2 (hereinafter referred to as
the "Assessment District"). This NOTICE is an addendum to that certain NOTICE OF
ASSESSMENT previously recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of the SAN DIEGO
COUNTY on the 19th day of December, 1985, in Book 19, Page 34, Document No. 85-
479901, Maps of Assessment and Community Facilities Districts, Official Records of said
County.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the assessment recorded against the parcel and/or parcels
hereinafter identified has been paid in fill1 and that the lien against said properties hzs
been fully discharged:
Those properties identified by their respective numbers as set forth
hereinafter, lying within the boundaries of the James Drive Assessment
District, of which the exterior boundaries and real property of said
Assessment District are as delineated upon a map of said Assessment District
entitled "Assessment District No. 83-2", filed in the Office of the County
Recorder of San Diego County on the 19th day of December, 1985, in Book
19, Page 34, Document No. 85-479901 , Maps of Assessment and Community
