NOTICE OF ASSESSMENT
Pursuant to the reqcirements of Section 3114 of the Streets
and Highways Code of the State of California, the undersigned,
CITY CLERK of the legislative body of the CITY OF CARLSBAD,
STATE OF CALIFORNIA, HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that a diagram and
assessment were recorded in the Office of the Utilities and
Maintenance Director of said City, as provided for in said
Section 3114, and relating to the following described real property :
All that property lying within the boundaries of the
Benefit Area, of which the exterior boundaries and
real property of said Benefit Area are as delineated
upon a map entitled BENEFIT AREA NO. 1 filed in the Office of e County Recorder of SAN DIEGO COUNTY 1989, in Book
No. 8’7- 4.28&fy MAPS OF ASSESSMENT DISTRICTS, Official
Records of said County, and as shown on an
assessment diagram recorded in the Office of the
City Engineer of said City, and reference is hereby
made to said Map for the description of the real
property within said Benefit Area.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that upon the recording of this Notice
in the Office of the County Recorder, the several assessments
assessed on the lots, pieces and parcels shown on said filed
Benefit Area shall become a lien upon the lots or portions of lots assessed, respectively.
Reference is made tc? the Assessment Cliigram azd Assessment Roil recorded in the Office of the Utilities and Maintenance Director.
Attached hereto is a list indicating the names of the assessed
owners, all as required pursuant to Section 27288.1 of the
Government Code of the State of California.
