I am the Secretary of the Carlsbad Water Municipal District, 1200 Carlsbad Village
Drive, Carlsbad, California, 92008. The Executive Manager of said District on

COMPLETION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
The developer has constructed the improvements required for Project No. CT 00-06, Bressi
Ranch Metropolitan Street, Agreement Number SEC04135, Drawing Number 400-BB and has
requested that the City of Carlsbad and Carlsbad Municipal Water District accept the public
improvements. City forces have inspected the public improvements and found them to be
satisfactory. The public improvements consist of:
