COMPLETION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
The developer has constructed the improvements required for Project No. CT 00-06, Bressi
Ranch Metropolitan Street Remainder, Agreement Number SEC04136, Drawing Number 400-
8B and has requested that the City of Carlsbad and Carlsbad Municipal Water District accept
the public improvements. City forces have inspected the public improvements and found them
to be satisfactory. The public improvements consist of:
