COMPLETION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
The developer has constructed the improvements required for Project No. CT 00-06, Bressi
Ranch Metropolitan Street, Agreement Number SEC04135, Drawing Number 400-8B and has
requested that the City of Carlsbad and Carlsbad Municipal Water District accept the public
improvements. City forces have inspected the public improvements and found them to be
