ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
COMPLETION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
The developer has constructed the improvements required for Project No. CT 00-20 Fox Miller
Property (Traffic Signal at Salk Avenue and College Boulevard), Agreement Number
SEC06002, Drawing Number 418-6 and has requested that the City of Carlsbad accept the
public improvements. City forces have inspected the public improvements and found them to be
satisfactory. The public improvements consist of:
