The developer has constructed the improvements required for Project No. CT 02-14-01, Bressi
Ranch PA 6 Unit 1, Agreement Number SEC03173, Drawing Number 411-3 and has requested
that the City of Carlsbad and Carlsbad Municipal Water District accept the public improvements.
City forces have inspected the public improvements and found them to be satisfactory. The
