ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
COMPLETION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
The developer has constructed the improvements required for Project No. CT 02-21 Zodiak
Pressure Reducing Station, Agreement Number SEC04070, Drawing Number 406-4B and has
requested that the Carlsbad Municipal Water District accept the public improvements. City
forces have inspected the public improvements and found them to be satisfactory. The public
improvements consist of:

the Notice of Completion and release the bonds in accordance with State Law and City
Ordinances.
