COMPLETION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
The developer has constructed the improvements required for Project No. CT 04-15 La Costa
Greens Neighborhood 1.04/1.07, Agreement Number SEC05055, Drawing Number 427-6B and
has requested that the City of Carlsbad and Carlsbad Municipal Water District accept the public
improvements. City forces have inspected the public improvements and found them to be
satisfactory. The public improvements consist of:

the Notice of Completion and release the bonds in accordance with State Law and City
Ordinances.
