The developer has constructed the improvements required for Project No. CT 04-26, Robertson
Ranch East Village PA 16, 17, 18, Agreement Number SEC08016, Drawing Number 453-8 and
has requested that the City of Carlsbad and Carlsbad Municipal Water District accept the public
improvements. City forces have inspected the public improvements and found them to be
satisfactory. The public improvements consist of:
