Notice is hereby given that:

corporation.

A work or improvement on the property hereinafter described was completed
on September 4, 2013.
The name of the contractor for such work of improvement is KB Home Coastal, Inc.
The property on which the work of improvement was completed is at 6912 Tourmaline PI. in
the City of Carisbad, County of San Diego, State of California, and is described as CT 05-05,
La Costa Greens, N. 1.16, Agreement No. SEC08043, Drawing No. 444-2.

VERIFICATION OF SECRETARY
I, the undersigned, say:
I am the Secretary of the Carisbad Municipal Water District, 1200 Carisbad Village
Drive, Carisbad, California, 92008. The Executive Manager of said District on
Qd/L^ M J 2013, accepted the above described work as completed and ordered
that a Notice of Completion be filed.
I declare under penalty of perjury that the foregoing is true and correct.

ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
COMPLETION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
The developer has constructed the improvements required for Project No. CT 05-05, La Costa
Greens, N. 1.16, Agreement Number SEC08043, Drawing Number 444-2 and has requested
that the City of Carisbad and Carisbad Municipal Water District accept the public improvements.
City forces have inspected the public improvements and found them to be satisfactory. The
public improvements consist of:

CITY MANAGER'S/EXECUTIVE MANAGER'S ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
The construction of the above described public improvements is deemed complete and hereby
accepted. The City Clerk or Secretary to the Board of Directors is hereby authorized to record
the Notice of Completion and release the bonds in accordance with State Law and City
Ordinances.
The City of Carisbad and Carisbad Municipal Water District are hereby directed to commence
maintaij^iing the above described improvements.
