ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
COMPLETION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
The developer has constructed the improvements required for Project No. CT 05-10, Poinsettia
Properties (The Tides), Agreement Number SEC11011, Drawing N.umber 469-8B, and has
requested that the City of Carlsbad accept the public improvements. City forces have inspected
the public improvements and found them to be satisfactory. The public improvements consist
of:
