7. The property on which the work of improvement was completed is at 2424 Cannon Rd. in the
City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, and is described as CT 06-25,
Robertson Ranch East Village PA 21, Agreement No. SEC09015, Drawing No. 461-6.

I am the Secretary of the Carlsbad Municipal Water District, 1200 Carlsbad Village

that a Notice of Completion be filed.

ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
COMPLETION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
The developer has constructed the improvements required for Project No. CT 06-25, Robertson
Ranch East Village PA 21, Agreement Number SEC09015, Drawing Number 461-6 and has
requested that the City of Carlsbad and Carlsbad Municipal Water District accept the public
improvements. City forces have inspected the public improvements and found them to be
satisfactory. The public improvements consist of:

PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR CERTIFICATION OF COMPLETION OF IMPROVEMENTS
CITY MANAGER'S/EXECUTIVE MANAGER'S ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
The construction of the above described public improvements is deemed complete and hereby
accepted. The City Clerk or Secretary to the Board of Directors is hereby authorized to record
the Notice of Completion and release the bonds in accordance with State Law and City
Ordinances.
The City of Carlsbad and Carlsbad Municipal Water District are hereby directed to commence
maintaining the above described improvements.
