Madison, DWG 486-4, SEC16023, RW160191. City forces have inspected the work and found
it to be satisfactory. The work consisted of:

The City Clerk/Secretary to the Board of Directors is hereby authorized to record the Notice of
Completion and release the bonds in accordance with State Law and City Ordinances.
The City of Carlsbad and Carlsbad Municipal Water District are hereby directed to commence
maintaining the above described improvements.
