YOU WILL PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on August 17, 1976 ,
the Engineering project consisting of improvements for a subdivision
known as Carlsbad Tract 72-18. Unit No. 1 (Tamarack
on which Pacesetter Homes, Inc.
was the contractor, and Houston General Insurance Co.
was the surety, was completed.
