To All Laborers and Material Men and to Every Other Person
Interested:
YOU WILL PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on May 27, 1985, the
Engineering project consisting of Carlsbad Tract No. 81-5,
Lexington Hotel, et al, west side of 1-5 north of Poinsettia
Lane on which Carlsbad Corners Inc. was the Contractor, and
California First Bank was the surety, was completed.
