ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
COMPLETION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
The developer has constructed the improvements required for Project No. CT 83-1 9, Calavera Hills Village T, Drawing Number 304-7, Agreement Number SECA0005 and has requested that the City of Carlsbad accept the public improvements. City forces have inspected the public improvements and found them to be satisfactory. The public improvements to be accepted, excluding Mira Monte Drive, consist of:
