YOU WILL PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on June 4, 1985, the
Engineering project consisting of Chinquapin Landing, Carlsbad
Tract 83-28 on which Chinquapin Developers, Partners Equity,
was the Contractor, and Developers Insurance Company was the
surety, was completed.
