ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
COMPLETION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
The developer has constructed the improvements required for Project No. CT 83-32 Calavera Hills Village Q, Agreement Number SECA0004, Drawing 303-2 and has requested that the City
of Carlsbad accept the public improvements. City forces have inspected the public improvements and found them to be satisfactory. The public improvements to be accepted, excluding Carlsbad Village Drive and College Boulevard, consist of:

Clerk is hereby authorized to record the Notice of Completion and release the bonds in accordance with State Law and City Ordinances.
The City of Carlsbad is hereby directed to commence maintaining the above described

ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
The developer has constructed the improvements required for Project No. CT 83-32 Calavera Hills Village Q, College Boulevard, Agreement Number SECA0004, Drawing Number 303-2 and
has requested that the City of Carlsbad accept the public improvements for College Boulevard. City forces have inspected the public improvements on College Boulevard and found them to be satisfactory. The Notice of Completion for these improvements was filed with the County Recorder on April 01,2003 as Document No. 2003-036201 8.
