YOU WILL PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on December 13, 1988, the Engineering Project consisting of offsite relief sewer for Carlsbad Tract 84-35 (The Summit) (PD 279 and PD 297) on which T.C. Construction was the Contractor, and First La Mesa Bank was the surety, was completed.
