ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
COMPLETION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
The developer has constructed the improvements required for Project No. CT 89-18-4, Rancho Verde Unit 4, Agreement Number 683.00, Drawing Number 361-7 and has requested that the City of Carlsbad accept the public improvements. City forces have inspected the public improvements and found them to be satisfactory. The public improvements consist of:

the bonds in accordance with State Law and City Ordinances.
