ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
COMPLETION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
The developer has constructed the improvements required for Project No. CT 94-06, Poinsettia Shores Area A-3, drawing number 357-4, agreement number 712.00 and has requested that the City of Carlsbad accept the public improvements. City forces have inspected the public
improvements and found them to be satisfactory. The public improvements consist of:
