COMPLETION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
The developer has constructed the improvements required for Project No. CT 96-07 (CIP Reimbursement Project No. 31 84), Agreement Number SA728.00, Drawing Number 333-2G and has requested that the City of Carlsbad accept the public improvements. City forces have
inspected the public improvements and found them to be satisfactory. The public improvements to be accepted, excluding those on Cannon Road and El Camino Real from Sta. 98+35 to 124+30, consist of:
