ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
COMPLETION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
The developer has constructed the improvements required for Project No. CT 97-02, Rancho Carrillo Village "D," Agreement Number 690.04, Drawing Number 359-7 and has requested that the City of Carlsbad accept the public improvements. City forces have inspected the public improvements and found them to be satisfactory. The public improvements consist of:
