ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
COMPLETION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
The developer has constructed the improvements required for Project No. CT 97-13 Carlsbad
Oaks North, Agreement Number SEC04148, Drawing Number 415-9 and has requested that
the City of Carlsbad and Carlsbad Municipal Water District accept the public improvements.
City forces have inspected the public improvements and found them to be satisfactory. The
public improvements consist of:

the Notice of Completion and release the bonds in accordance with State Law and City
Ordinances.
The City of Carlsbad and Carlsbad Municipal Water District are hereby directed to commence
