ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
COMPLETION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
The developer has constructed the improvements required for Project No. CT 97-16A Kelly
Ranch Core Area, Agreement Number SEC01054, Drawing Number 377-3 and has requested
that the City of Carlsbad and Carlsbad Municipal Water District accept the public improvements.
City forces have inspected the public improvements and found them to be satisfactory. The

accepted. The City Clerk or Secretary to the Board of Directors is hereby authorized to record
the Notice of Completion and release the bonds in accordance with State Law and City
Ordinances.
