ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
COMPLETION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
The developer has constructed the improvements required for Project No. CT 98-12 Magnolia Gardens, Agreement Number SECOlO22, Drawing Number 388-4, and has requested that the City of Carlsbad accept the public improvements. City forces have inspected the public improvements and found them to be satisfactory. The public improvements consist of:
