ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
COMPLETION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
The developer has constructed the improvements required for Project No. CT 98-18 Carnation
Property, Agreement Number SECA0043, Drawing Number 387-1 and has requested that the
City of Carlsbad and Carlsbad Municipal Water District accept the public improvements. City
forces have inspected the public improvements and found them to be satisfactory. The public
improvements consist of:
