ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
COMPLETION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
The developer has constructed the improvements required for Project No. CT 98-21, Seaview
that the City of Carlsbad accept the public improvements. City forces have inspected the public Residential LLC, Agreement Number SECA0040, Drawing Number 385-2, and has requested
improvements and found them to be satisfactory. The public improvements consist of:
