ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
COMPLETION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
The developer has constructed the improvements required for Project No. CT 99-03, La Costa
Greens Neighborhood 1.01 & 1.02 (Sewer Line), Agreement Number SEC06015, Drawing
Number 397-2Z and has requested that the City of Carlsbad accept the public improvements.
City forces have inspected the public improvements and found them to be satisfactory. The
public improvements consist of:
