ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
COMPLETION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
The developer has constructed the improvements required for Project No. CT 99-04-1 Villages
of La Costa / The Oaks (South) Unit #1, Agreement Number SEC02008, Drawing Number 397-
1D and has requested that the City of Carlsbad accept the public improvements. City forces
have inspected the public improvements and found them to be satisfactory. The public
improvements consist of:
