COMPLETION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
The developer has constructed the improvements required for Project No. CT 99-09, Rancho
Carrillo - Village "N," Agreement Number SECA0075, Drawing Number 386-8 and has
requested that the City of Carlsbad and Carlsbad Municipal Water District accept the public
improvements. City forces have inspected the public improvements and found them to be
satisfactory. The public improvements consist of:
