ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
COMPLETION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
The developer has constructed the improvements required for Project No. CUP 05-06 La Costa
Oaks North Neighborhood 3.2 RV Lot, Agreement Number SEC07038, Drawing Number 442-1
and has requested that the City of Carlsbad accept the public improvements. City forces have
inspected the public improvements and found them to be satisfactory. The public improvements
consist of:
