ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
COMPLETION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
The developer has constructed the improvements required for Project No. CUP 11-05 Bressi
Ranch Lot 10 (Pizza Port), Agreement Number SEC12011, Drawing Number 474-1 and has
requested that the Carisbad Municipal Water District accept the public improvements. City
forces have inspected the public improvements and found them to be satisfactory The public
improvements consist of:

accepted. The City Clerk or Secretary to the Board of Directors is hereby authorized to record
the Notice of Completion and release the bonds in accordance with State Law and City
Ordinances.
The City of Carisbad and Carisbad Municipal Water District are hereby directed to commence
maintaining the aboye.described improvements.
