The developer has constructed the improvements required for Project No. CUP 99-08, Carlsbad
the City of Carlsbad accept the public improvements. City forces have inspected the public Self Storage, Agreement Number SECA0057, Drawing Number 386-4 and has requested that
improvements and found them to be satisfactory. The public improvements consist of:
