The developer has constructed the improvements required for Project No.CUP 99-30, Cannon
Court, Agreement Number SEC02060, Drawing Number 398-9 and has requested that the City
of Carlsbad and Carlsbad Municipal Water District accept the public improvements. City forces
have inspected the public improvements and found them to be satisfactory. The public
