ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
COMPLETION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
The developer has constructed the improvements required for Project No. MS 13-08, Tierra La
Costa, Agreement Number SEC14038, Drawing Number 481-6A, and has requested that the
City of Carlsbad accept the public improvements. City forces have inspected the public
improvements and found them to be satisfactory. The public improvements consist of:
