ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
COMPLETION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
The developer has constructed the improvements required for Project No. PIP 02-03, Carlsbad Office Park, Agreement Number SEC03038, Drawing Number 404-3 and has requested that the City of Carlsbad accept the public improvements. City forces have inspected the public improvements and found them to be satisfactory. The public improvements consist of:
