COMPLETION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
The developer has constructed the improvements required for Project No. SDP 00-17, Summit
at Carlsbad, Agreement Number SEC03087, Drawing Number 403-9 and has requested that
the City of Carlsbad and Carlsbad Municipal Water District accept the public improvements.
City forces have inspected the public improvements and found them to be satisfactory. The
