ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
COMPLETiON OF PUBUC IMPROVEMENTS
The developer has constructed the improvements required for Project No. SDP 09-05 Palomar
Commons, Agreement Number SEC12018, Drawing Number 468-5C and has requested that
the City of Cartsbad and Cartsbad Municipal Water Distnct accept the public improvements.
City forces have inspected the public improvements and found them to be satisfactory. The
public improvements consist of:

The construction of the above descnbed public improvements is deemed complete and hereby
accepted. The City Clerk or Secretary to the Board of Directors is hereby authonzed to record
the Notice of Completion and release the bonds in accordance with State Law and City
Ordinances.
The City of Cartsbad and Cartsbad Municipal Water Distnct are hereby directed to commence
maintaining the above described improvements.
