ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
COMPLETION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
The developer has constructed the improvements required for Project No. SDP 09-05 Palomar
Commons, Agreement Number SEC12019, Drawing Number468-5, and has requested that the
City of Cartsbad accept the public improvements. City forces have inspected the public
improvements and found them to be satisfactory. The public improvements consist of:

The City of Cartsbad is hereby directed to commence maintaining the above descnbed
